Nemours Children's Hospital
Developed Rad Kids, an interactive, child-friendly digital experience designed to help pediatric patients understand radiology procedures such as CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and more. The goal was to reduce anxiety and increase cooperation through education and play.

Designed gamified, comic-book-style environments using filtered real-world images to maintain realism while appealing to children.
Created UI/UX for interactive walkthroughs of radiology procedures (e.g., CT scans, MRI), incorporating elements such as:
Hotspot selection tasks (e.g., where to insert/remove an IV)
Drag-and-drop interactions
Simulated machine sounds and mission-style instructions from Child Life Specialists
Visual/auditory storytelling through narrated steps and animations
Developed audio-visual sequences that let users “practice” holding their breath for scans or pick colors/lights for machines to make procedures feel less intimidating.
Collaborated closely with pediatric care experts to align interaction design with clinical accuracy and child psychology best practices.
